Two robbers who broke into Luther Ricks Sr.’s house this summer may have not gotten his life savings he had in a safe, but after the FBI confiscated it he may not get it back.

Cops just love screwing over people by holding onto their money. I wonder why this guy had all that money in his house, but the fact is he's not charges with a crime and unless they can prove the money isn't his, they need to give it back!
